Add the lemon juice and vodka to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend. Divide evenly between 2 glasses filled with ice. Top each glass with East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic. Garnish with lemon slices.

Makes 2 drinks.

60ml Vodka
60ml Coffee Liqueur
60ml Espresso
2 tbsp Caramel Sauce
Cocoa Powder, for dusting
6 Coffee Beans, to garnish

Mix together the salted caramel sauce and the espresso until the caramel has fully melted. Set aside to cool.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour over the cooled espresso mix, coffee liqueur and vodka. Shake vigorously until well combined. Strain the mixture into 2 martini glasses, dust a little cocoa over the top and garnish with coffee beans.
Raspberry G&T

Split the raspberries across two glass and crush. Add the ice, gin and lime juice and stir to mix. Top with tonic water (we used East Imperial Light Tonic) and a few whole raspberries.
Blackberry Gin Fizz
Makes 2 drinks.
The muse that is alluring, smooth and wild. Reflecting this is a simple, refined cocktail you can easily recreate at home that brings you passionately into the present in true Audrey style.
Light up your Audrey candle, sip away and enjoy the tartness and sweetness of blackberries and french vanilla.

100ml Gin
60ml Lemon Juice
Soda Water, to top
Mint, to garnish
4 tablespoons Blackberry Syrup
Ice

Add the blackberry syrup, lemon juice and gin to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend. Divide evenly between 2 glasses. Top each glass with soda. Garnish with mint.
To make your own blackberry syrup, bring 1/2 cup blackberries and 1/4 cup sugar to a simmer in a pan. Stir occasionally to break up the berries. Cook for approx. 15 minutes. Pour through a fine sieve to remove seeds, then cool.
To sweeten more, add simple syrup.
PALOMA
Makes 2 drinks.
This lime drenched cocktail brings to life all the energy bursting from the Zaha fragrance collection, blending an elegant mix of tequila, lime and grapefruit soda = a surefire yet sophisticated crowdpleaser.

6 oz fresh grapefruit juice
4 oz reposado tequila
1 oz lime juice
4 oz lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite)
Lime (sliced into wheels)
Ice -
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the grapefruit juice, tequila and lime juice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass, top with the soda and garnish with the lime wheel.

COCONUT MARGARITA
Makes 2 drinks.
Beachside elegance in its purest form, blending coconut rum and triple sec for this refreshing, slightly creamy, and fun cocktail. The perfect accompaniment to the summer coolness that the Brigitte fragrance collection brings.

For the cocktail:
4 oz silver tequila
2 oz lime juice
1 ½ oz agave (or simple syrup)
3 oz coconut milk
2 cups iceFor serving:
Lime wedges
2 tbsp shredded toasted coconut
Lime zest -
To make the margarita: Add tequila, agave (or simple syrup), lime juice, coconut milk, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well for 15-20 seconds.
To prepare your glasses: Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of the glass, then dip the rim of the glass in toasted coconut, rolling from side to side until well coated. Repeat with the second glass.
Divide the margarita between the glasses and garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and freshly grated lime zest.

2 oz sparkling water
12 oz prosecco
Sprigs of Thyme
Ice -
Add ice to two large glasses and pour in the limoncello. Add the prosecco followed by the sparkling water. Top with a couple of spigs of thyme.

3.40 oz Scotch Whisky
2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
Lemon slice, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Ice -
Add the ice, Whisky, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Shake well for 10-15 seconds. Strain the cocktail into two ice-filled glasses and garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry.

7-8 oz ginger beer

Fig Mojito
Makes 1 drink.
This fig mojito with vanilla bean simple syrup is light, refreshing and perfect for summer! The combination of vanilla rum, fresh figs, and mint is a match made in heaven!

Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup
1 vanilla bean, substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
Fig Mojito
1 fresh fig, sliced
5 fresh mint leaves
2 ounces vanilla rum
1 ouce vanilla bean simple syrup
½ ounce lime juice
2-4 ounces club soda, to taste
Garnish
fresh figs
fresh mint

Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup
Slice a vanilla bean in half so that the seeds are exposed.
Add the water, sugar, and vanilla bean to a medium sized saucepan over low heat.
Cook gently over low heat for 10-15 minutes, until the sugar is fully dissolved and the vanilla bean has infused the syrup with flavor.
Let cool completely to room temperature, then strain into a glass jar and seal tightly with a lid. If you don't like the look of the vanilla bean specs, you can strain through a cheesecloth.
Store in the fridge for up to a month!
Fig Mojito
Place the fresh figs and mint into a sturdy cocktail mixing glass. Use a muddler to gently crush the figs and mint to release the mint oils and juice from the figs.
Then pour in the vanilla rum, vanilla simple syrup, and lime juice. Stir to combine.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and more fig slices if desired. Strain the mojito into the glass and then top off with club soda.
Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!
